Return Policy
Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be returned. In case if the DSC approved for download or DSC downloaded or token delivered is not as accurate as the specification or found damaged you can contact our support team at support.dsc@idsignca,com within 24 hrs for re-issuance of DSC and/or token as applicable subject to compliance with CCA guidelines for Re-Key.
Refund Policy
No refunds any fees paid towards the issuance of a Digital Signature Certificate after application Number Generation or approval for downloading of your DSC. If the DSC approved for download or DSC downloaded or token delivered is not as accurate as the specification, you can contact our support team at support.dsc@idsignca,com for re-issuance subject to compliance with CCA guidelines for Re-Key.
IDSIGN CA may refuse to issue a Digital Signature Certificate to any person, at its sole discretion, without incurring any liability or responsibility for any loss or expenses arising out of such refusal. Upon a refusal to issue a digital signature Certificate, IDSIGN CA will refund to the digital signature Certificate Applicant any paid digital signature Certificate fees, unless the digital signature Certificate Applicant submitted fraudulent or falsified information or failed to submit documentary evidence in support of the digital signature certificate Application within 15 days of the application. In such a case the fee will not be refunded.
Any claim for refund will not be entertained in case of any wrong data entry done by the applicant which causes no or wrong data entry in certificate.
Request for refund of payment made to www.idsign.app must be made within 24 hrs of date of payment provided neither your DSC application processing nor token shipping is initiated.
In case of refund will lead to termination of your rights to use the www.idsign.app services and any related warranties.
Refund of the fees you paid to www.idsign.app is the maximum relief granted in any event, including but not limited to computation error, printing error, filing error, filing delay, data leakage, security breach, data loss, or non-availability of service may refuse to issue a digital signature certificate to any person, at its sole discretion, without incurring any liability or responsibility for any loss or expenses arising out of such refusal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to us and they have been initiated for the process of DSC Application and/or shipping tokens.
